STANDARD SHIPPING

iQHardware.com ships all of its orders via UPS with expected delivery to your location in 5 to 7 business days for most products.

OUR U.S. SHIPPING RATES

SHIPPING INFORMATION FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCT LINES

If an order is going to take longer than the expected delivery time, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone by our customer service department.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico incur additional shipping fees. The fee amount will be determined at the time of order packaging based on the weight and dimensions of the packaging.

iQHardware.com cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, please contact our sales department for more information.

RUSH DELIVERY

iQHardware.com will ship for Next Day Delivery at the customer's request. Fees for these expedited shipping methods will be calculated once the merchandise has been packaged and weighed.

Return & Restocking Policy

iQHardware.com stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 30 days of product receipt. A Restocking Charge of 30% will apply to all items returned where iQHardware.com has made no error in merchandising or shipping. Refunds will be made by original method of payment or refund check. All returns must arrive in the original packaging and all freight charges for the return of goods are to be paid by the customer.

*There are exceptions to our Return Policy including, but not limited to, special order products, orders shipped outside of the continental U.S., and shipments delivered via common carrier. Please call 1.888.988.9220 to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.

Shipping Charges are not refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Iron-A-Way products, Whitehall products and QualArc personalized products are made to order and are therefore not returnable.
